Michael’s real estate experience is primarily focused in commercial sales, however he assists with management and leasing of commercial properties as well. His entrepreneurial background includes financial analysis, environmental assessments, accounting and operations management. Michael relocated from Hawaii to to Colorado in 1999 and secured his place in the real estate industry by founding BRC. He has played an instrumental role in the success of this full-service brokerage firm. Along with that, Michael speaks Korean, has a beautiful wife and three great children, and in his free time, enjoys riding his bicycle and snow skiing.

Vicki, CPM®, heads the Property Management Division for BRC Real Estate Corporation. She has managed multi-family, single family, office buildings and retail centers in Nebraska and Colorado for over 30 years. Vicki has also assisted in all areas of facility management including dispositions, capital improvements, rehabs, contracting operational and capital activities, accounting, permits, legal and legislative reporting. Vicki loves to play tennis.

Jason has been in the Real Estate industry for over 9 years. His fields of expertise include residential purchases and sales, and he also provides Property Management for his clients’ single family homes and condos. Jason’s clients range from first time homebuyers to experiences investors. Jason, his wife Jamie, and their three children live in the South Metro area. Jason is known as an upstanding member of his community and is actively involved with neighborhood schools where he donates a percentage of his commission. He is also a member of several Colorado Real Estate Boards. Carole relocated to south Denver from Fargo, ND with her husband in 1995 (which almost makes her a native). Specializing in commercial real estate sales and leasing, Carole is known by many as the condo queen - she provides marketing and brokerage sales support to numerous commercial condominium developers and has been instrumental in the successful disposition of new office and medical office condos in Littleton, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock, Parker, and Lowry. Her well-honed negotiating skills come from 20 years of practice (yes, practice makes perfect but we’re not there yet) with Frederick Ross Company and Crimson Services prior to joining the BRC team in August 2009. In her spare time, she’s out riding her BMW cruiser motorcycle with her best friend/husband, golfing, snapping photos or singing in harmony to the music of life. She also serves on the Board of Directors for DMCAR, and on the Development Review Committee (DRC) for the Highlands Ranch Community Association (HRCA).

With more than 15 years of sales and sales management experience in the Medical Industry with large companies including Cardinal Health and Boston Scientific, Bryan brings an extensive background of experience and skill sets to BRC Real Estate. Bryan’s primary focus is on commercial office condos in the south Denver area, but he also is engaged in commercial and residential property management. Bryan enjoys skiing with friends, dancing with his wife, watching improv comedy, and spending time with his 5 wonderful children.

Christine has more than 9 years of marketing and graphic design experience in the architecture industry with a focus on improving visibility and market exposure for clients and customers. Her creativity and enthusiasm adds a tremendous value to the BRC team. Christine graduated from CSU and, after a detour to the East Coast where the sun doesn’t shine much, she is thrilled to be back in the Denver area and can often be found enjoying the Colorado sunshine, cycling, hiking, running and playing volleyball.

Arlene manages the multi-family portfolio for BRC Real Estate Corporation. Arlene holds the Accredited Residential Manager designation and is active in IREM on both the local and national levels. She provides all BRC multi-family property owners with financial reporting, budget preparation and implementation. She has been working in property management since 1992. Arlene has lived in the Denver area with her husband since 1975 and has two children.

As a graduate of Colorado State University you can find him cheering for the hometown Rams as well as the Broncos, Rockies, Nuggets and Avs. Ed is an avid golfer and when not on the links he spends time with his wife Sasha and 3 children.

Cheri assists in the Property Management Division and provides office backup in the form of supplies, mailings, equipment operation, files and whatever else comes up. She brings over 30 years of administrative experience to the group, including some apartment management and leasing in Denver. She moved to the metro area with her 2 daughters in 1997, and loves the weather here. She enjoys playing volleyball, watching pro sports, doing crossword puzzles, reading and movies.
